On 17th of February 2021, the Constitutional Commission of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia unanimously adopted a resolution on the proposal for the commencement of proceedings for the inclusion of Slovene sign language and the language of the deafblind in the Constitution.

Simona Gerenčer Pegan and expert and linguist Irena Ipavec Dobrota about efforts of entry of the language of the deafblind into the constitution and about what is the language of the deafblind.
