On Monday, on 17th of January 2022, Dr. Simona Gerenčer and Marjana Kenda attended the closing event of the Erasmus+ project ACCESSCULT: Access to cultural heritage for people with disabilities in Slovenia and in the European context.
Within the ACCESSCULT project, in September 2021, the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana organised an international education (Train the trainers event for lecturers of the HEI module), on which expert Marjana Kenda presented the needs of people with deafblindness and what has been done so far in the field of accessibility of cultural heritage for people with deafblindness.
At the final event of the project, Dr. Simona Gerenčer presented the good practices of the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN, the needs of people with deafblindness and what has been done so far in the field of accessibility of cultural heritage for people with deafblindness.
