Dear members and appreciated participants,
the period we are currently in is different from what we were used to so far. With certainty, this period is an opportunity for us to look at ourselves, to set goals again (small and big steps), to do everything for which there has not been enough time so far…
We would like to share with you some of the glimpses, thoughts, anecdotes that some of our members have provided to us from their home environment in these particular circumstances. This is to encourage members of the association and to raise awareness among the general public about how people with deafblindness spend their quarantine days.

Wonderful paintings, piano compositions and stories emerge from Mrs. Jožica’s hands. With an admirable will, she overcomes obstacles and realizes her long-held dreams.

Coronavirus and classes,

Assistant Tomaž and I continue to learn the Lorm’s alphabet, I will slowly master it quite well, I can’t wait. I have to say that I really learned a lot during those closed days. Tomaž is a good teacher, also for  computer science. But the days are passing by so quickly, and I’m almost running out of time for all the goals I’ve set. I am writing my life story that will soon become part of the novel. I paint, this time on drawing sheets, because I can’t get canvas in my hometown. This week I will play and record a “song from the balcony” on the synthesizer in support of people during the coronavirus.
