At the Day Center for People with Deafblindness, the DLAN Association, together with people with deafblindness, personal assistants, and professional staff, we once again organized a workshop on the haptic communication method, which is part of the language of the deafblind, within the project The Language of the Deafblind as a Means of Inclusion for People with Deafblindness, funded by the Ministry of Culture. This method is of great importance to the deafblind community as it enables them to access information from their environment, thereby contributing to greater inclusion of people with deafblindness in society.
We would like to thank all participants for their cooperation and for learning the language of the deafblind together. We look forward to meeting again and further developing our learning of the haptic communication method.
