Yesterday, we were visited at the premises of the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN by Tanja Glušič, a deafblind paraclimber who is achieving outstanding results on a global level.
She presented her journey in climbing, her training methods, and the importance of sport in her life. She brought along her climbing equipment and medals, which persons with deafblindness were able to explore by touch, and she gladly answered numerous questions from the participants.
Tanja invited everyone present to try climbing themselves, so they could experience the sport more closely.
Thank you, Tanja, for an inspiring meeting and for proving that boundaries exist to be pushed.
