We continue to publish speeches from the ceremony celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN.
Since 2008, the DLAN Association has been a full member of The EDbU – The European Deafblind Union and is the only organization from Slovenia that systematically represents the field of deafblindness at the international level. At the same time, it is also the only organization in Slovenia that is officially recognized by international organizations working in this field.
This time, we are publishing the speech of Tamás Gangl, Vice President of the European Deafblind Union and President of the Hungarian Deafblind Association Siketvakok Országos Egyesülete. Standing beside him was Dorottya Kiráyhidi, Secretary General of Siketvakok Országos Egyesülete.
We are deeply grateful for the professional support, international recognition, and many years of successful cooperation, built on expertise, trust, and shared values for the benefit of the deafblind community.
The speech was delivered in Hungarian, with simultaneous interpretation provided by Dr. Simona Gerenčer.
