In the day centre of the Deafblind Association of Slovenia DLAN, we once again organised a Braille learning workshop as part of the project The Language of the Deafblind as a Means of Inclusion for People with Deafblindness, financed by the Ministry of Culture. The workshop was led by Timotej Skledar.
People with deafblindness tried reading the Braille line, learned about letters written in Braille, and developed and strengthened their sense for recognising Braille characters.
We would like to thank our mentor, Timotej, who showed us the usefulness of Braille and once again inspired and encouraged us to use it through his approach.
We look forward to meeting again.
