Združenje gluhoslepih Slovenije DLAN je samostojna in neodvisna, strokovna invalidska organizacija. Ima status reprezentativne invalidske organizacije za osebe z gluhoslepoto. Je polnopravni član Evropske zveze gluhoslepih (European Deafblind Union) in Svetovne federacije gluhoslepih (World Federation of the Deafblind) in ima vso mednarodno podporo.
